In Loving Memory of Spencer Millett: 1986-2009

Spencer Glen Millett, 23, loving son and brother passed away on August 25, 2009. Spencer was born on May 13, 1986 in Orem, Utah to Howard Lee Millett and Christine Williams. He was raised in Orem with two brothers and three sisters.
Spencer graduated… from Timpanogos High School in 2004. In 2008, he earned an associate’s degree in electrical engineering from Utah Valley University (UVU). Spencer had a passion and talent for ballroom dancing. During his time at UVU he danced with the ballroom tour team for two years. He had the opportunity to compete in England with the tour team in 2006 where they took first place in the Standard Medley and second place in the Latin Medley.
Spencer had recently started school at Utah State and was working on his electronics engineering degree. He was a smart, talented and caring young man. He loved his family and friends very much and showed them love through service.
Spencer is survived by his mother, Christine Williams; father, Howard Lee Millett; grandparents, George and Lavina Crockett; brothers and sisters, Deylene (Jason) Morgan, Howard David (Jessie) Millett; Paul (Holly) Millett, Lisa (Colten) Park; Karen (Steve) Henry; and 13 nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 29 at 11 a.m. at the Windsor Fourth Ward Chapel at 1875 North 280 West . A private interment will be held in Orem City Cemetery, Orem, Utah. The family asks that instead of flowers to please donate the money to the UVU specifically to the ballroom dance department for scholarships.
